Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping is $6.95. It is free when the merchandise total reaches $49 before discounts. Express shipping is $14.95 and does not become free at that threshold. The shipping price is shown at checkout before the order is saved.

A return or exchange can be requested from your account after the order is paid and shipped. Staff confirm it. A refund is recorded only after the card payment is reversed. If card payments are not connected, the request stays waiting and is not marked refunded.
